Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What Is Spray Tanning?

Spray tanning is a unique process of applying tanning solution to your body using an airbrush machine. This method ensures a smooth, streak-free application. Unlike spray booths, our professionally trained technicians hand-apply the solution to your body.

Why Choose Spray Tanning?

Spray tans offer quick and effective solutions to conceal imperfections like cellulite, stretch marks, acne, and blemishes. With no mess, streaks, orange tint, or unpleasant odor, spray tanning is a safe alternative to UV exposure and reduces the risk of melanoma.

What Type of Solution Is Used?

Our spray tan solutions are naturally derived and certified vegan by the PETA Foundation. We are committed to providing safe and ethical products. Our solutions are paraben-free, erythrulose-free, and we offer fragrance-free options.

What Is Dihydroxyacetone (DHA)?

DHA, derived from sugar beets or cane sugar, is a key ingredient in natural self-tanners. It reacts with the amino acids in the top layer of your skin, resulting in a beautiful sunless bronze tan.

How Should I Prepare for My Tan?

Please shower, shave, and exfoliate at least half a day in advance. Avoid applying lotion or makeup before your tan. Wear loose clothing afterward. Use a water-based exfoliant; oil-based products can interfere with your tan.

What Should I Do After My Tan?

Do not shower for at least 6 hours. Use warm (not hot) water for showers and moisturize twice daily. Avoid scrubbing, harsh soaps, and hot tubs.

How Long Will My Tan Last?

With proper care, your tan can last 7-9 days or even up to two weeks. Regular use of a tan extender and skincare maintenance are essential for a longer-lasting tan.

What Should I Wear During the Tan?

We recommend dark-colored bathing suits or underwear. Women have the option to tan nude, while men should wear swimsuits, underwear, or a sock to cover their private area.

Can I Get an Airbrush Tan with Health Conditions?

Clients with diabetes or a history of adverse reactions to self-tanning products should consult their doctor before getting an airbrush tan.
